Volunteer Programme Manager

We are seeking a Volunteer Programme Manager to join our team at Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating volunteer activities across the region, working closely with local communities to promote conservation efforts.
The role is part-time (18 hours per week) and based at our office in Oakham, Rutland. We offer a competitive salary of £26,045.62 pro rata, depending on experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of volunteers who contribute significantly to our mission. You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers
- Collaborating with local community groups to develop conservation initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records of volunteer hours and contributions
