About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Conservation Volunteer Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust.

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse group of volunteers who play a vital role in supporting our conservation efforts across Leicestershire and Rutland.

  • To develop and implement strategies for engaging and motivating volunteers, promoting their skills and knowledge within the organisation.
  • To provide guidance and support to volunteers, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • To ensure accurate and timely reporting on volunteer activities and performance.
Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive volunteer management strategy, ensuring effective engagement and motivation of volunteers.

We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for conservation.
