Main Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  2. Provide assistance to customers regarding our products and services, addressing their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  5. Process and ship customer orders accurately and on time.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work well under pressure.

Proven problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of our products and services.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience.
