Our CRM Controller plays a unique role within our organisation, providing vital support for every department and ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry to customer satisfaction for both Sales and Aftersales services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. They will also be responsible for overseeing the CRM Administrator and ensuring their daily tasks are carried out to a high standard with accuracy and efficiency.
We offer a highly competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, as well as a range of employee benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and life assurance cover.
