Job Title: Escalator Service Engineer

We are a leading provider of urban mobility solutions, and we're looking for an experienced Escalator Service Engineer to join our team in Portsmouth, London & South division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining customer escalators to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Carrying out regular safety checks and risk assessments to prevent mechanical failures and breakdowns
  • Planning and managing workload to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Maintaining van stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain to ensure efficient operations
  • Recommending parts and equipment to keep escalators compliant with industry standards
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent qualifications
  • Full UK Driving License and ability to travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work well with others
  • Positive attitude and receptiveness to change
  • Extremely organized and able to self-assess and take ownership of personal development
  • Advocate for H&S regulations in the workplace
