**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a key member of our fit-out and refurbishment team, you will be responsible for managing and estimating projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for Design and Build fit-out projects.
- Pre-Construction Management: Manage the pre-construction phase, including coordination with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Client and Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Project Analysis: Analyse and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Site Visits and Feasibility Studies: Conduct site visits and feasibility studies.
- Proposal and Report Preparation: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and reports.
- Project Budgeting: Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager within a fit-out firm, with specific experience in Design and Build projects.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of cost estimation, project management, and construction processes. Excellent analytic, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Education and Qualifications: A relevant degree or professional qualification in construction or engineering is desirable.
