About the Role:As a Clinical Assessor, you will provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for claimants.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports (PBR).
- Manage caseloads from end to end, with greater job variety and autonomy to manage cases to conclusion.
- Assess a wide range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.
- Enjoy time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence, and team meetings.
- Hold valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
- Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500*
- 5% retention bonus
- Rising to 10% quality & retention bonus*
- OTE: £45,650*
- Hybrid full-time, part-time working hours available
- Training options: 12 weeks' (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), & 17 weeks (3 days per week)
