About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Estate Agent to join our team at Fox & Sons Estate Agents. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in administration, sales, and marketing, while working towards a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and general business administration
  • Deal with day-to-day enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
  • Register customers and assist them in their search for a home
  • Visit properties and canvass for potential business and sales
  • Carry out accompanied viewings with customers
  • Earn monthly commissions and benefit from in-house training

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a career in sales
  • Focused on customer care and customer service
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Motivated and keen to learn
  • Committed to achieving the Apprenticeship
  • A Full UK driving licence

Training and Development:

  • Ongoing training and support in the workplace
  • Work towards achieving a Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English can be supported if not already achieved
