In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialist care and treatment in the community. You will also collaborate with colleagues from Cornwall Council to develop integrated pathways that provide holistic support for families.

  • You will communicate complex information to young people, their families, and agencies, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism throughout.
  • Your relationships with young people and families will be built on trust, respect, and empathy, enabling you to facilitate effective treatment and support.
  • You will provide consultation, advice, and training to professionals across various agencies and settings as required, sharing your expertise to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.

This role requires flexibility, with the need to work across a varied rota, including long days and nights, weekends, and bank holidays. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £38,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and responsibilities associated with working in crisis intervention.
