This role is responsible for providing robust real-world data and epidemiological reasoning to support the development of patient access strategies and contribute to the publication of outcomes research studies.

  • Supporting the production of successful epidemiological and real-world data studies">
  • Assisting in the writing of protocols, data analysis, and report production">
  • Staying up-to-date with external developments regarding RWE methodologies accepted by Health Technology Assessment agencies and related stakeholders">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, data science, or a related discipline">
  • Relevant post-graduate qualifications, such as an MSc/PhD in Epidemiology or a related field">
  • In-depth knowledge of OR methods, epidemiological methods, and medical statistics applied to epidemiology/RWD">
  • Proven experience in managing real-world data and methods used to organise and analyse large datasets">
  • Knowledge and experience of running OR studies from proposal writing to publication of results">
  • Good understanding of CPRD (or equivalent anonymized patient-level database) and the UK health system">
  • Good understanding of SQL and R programming languages">
