Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work with children aged 5 to 18 with mental, emotional, and social needs in a SEN school in Newbury.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide mental health support to children with Autism and Complex Needs
* Work on a 1:1 and group basis to help children develop vital skills
* Collaborate with qualified SEN practitioners and psychologists to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

* Understanding of Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH)
* Ability to work with children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and behavioural challenges
