About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Applied Psychologist to join our team in the Physical Health Psychology Service. As a Band 8a Senior Applied Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with complex mental health conditions.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide specialist advice on psychological aspects of risk management.
  • Develop and lead training and development programs for psychological therapists.
  • Contribute to service audit and evaluation, and provide leadership in service redesign and cultural change.
