At Milestone Infrastructure, we are seeking a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and execution of construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required safety, environmental, and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering, with a BEng/BSc degree. You will have a solid understanding of structures analytical software and its use within a bridges environment, as well as knowledge of National Highways standards such as the DMRB and MCDHW. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD is also essential.

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including road construction, maintenance, and upgrade projects. You will be responsible for managing construction programmes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders. You will also have the chance to work on large-scale infrastructure projects, such as road resurfacing and the implementation of smart motorway technologies.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,000, plus a £1000 sign-on bonus. You will also have access to a generous pension contribution, reward and recognition scheme, and cycle-to-work scheme. Our company values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities:

Requirements:
