Job Description

As a Property Manager at CLD Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our property management team. Your key responsibilities will include managing tenant relationships, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage tenant communication and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks with contractors and tenants
  • Ensure all properties are compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in property management. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
