This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a competitive salary and benefits package, including a car allowance of £4,500 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Effective Property Management: Manage your diary effectively, visit properties at regular intervals, and prioritise sites that require more attention.
  2. Financial Control: Manage and authorise expenditure, maintain cash flow, and ensure value for money.
  3. Credit Control: Liaise with credit control to ensure effective debt management.
  4. Statutory Compliance: Ensure property management in accordance with key Health and Safety legislation.
  5. Site Reviews: Conduct comprehensive site inspections, visits, and risk assessments.
  6. New Scheme Delivery: Deliver professional mobilisation and management of new schemes.

You will also be responsible for chairing and presenting meetings, delivering complex updates and financial information, and maintaining administration and finance records electronically.

About You:

  • Housing/Property Experience: Demonstrable experience in housing or property management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Confident, articulate communicator, able to build relationships with customers and clients.
  • Independence: Able to work with autonomy across multi-sites.
  • Presentations: Ability to chair and present meetings, deliver complex updates and financial information.
  • Admin Efficiency: Efficient in maintaining administration and finance records electronically.
  • Licensing Knowledge: Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, Residential Landlord & Tenant legislation.

Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
