Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Manager to oversee our Birmingham/Midlands portfolio of properties.

This home-based role involves regional site travel and requires the ability to manage a diverse range of maintenance tasks, ensuring all sites meet H&S compliance standards.

The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple sites, possess strong knowledge of H&S and maintenance regulations, and be able to provide regular reports on maintenance activities and risk assessments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage PPM's and reactive maintenance of sites through subcontractors and CAFM systems.
  • Ensure H&S compliance of sites and coordinate relevant works across LOLER, water, and height regulations.
  • Provide regular maintenance reports, highlighting risks and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage SLA's and KPI's to maintain high service standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have IOSH or NEBOSH certification, a good understanding of H&S and maintenance compliance, and experience managing service charge budgets and multi-site portfolios.
