Facilities Operations Manager

**About the Role**
Clyde UK Services Company is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join its Property & Facilities Management team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and strategic support to the team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer-centric services across multiple locations.
As a key member of the UK FM team, you will work closely with the Regional Facilities Manager to influence the quality and standards of service delivered across our 14 operational offices. Your primary objective will be to ensure that locations not in use are appropriately maintained and secured while delivering consistent and exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a relevant role and comparable environment, preferably within the legal industry. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the provision of leadership and direction to the Facilities Management team.
- Providing input into the preparation and maintenance of revenue and capital budgets.
- Overseeing the provision of services, including cleaning and maintenance of mechanical and electrical assets.
- Working with the Facilities Manager to ensure SLAs are adhered to.
You will also assist in the delivery of projects within agreed budgets and timelines, working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project delivery. Additionally, you will support the delivery of additional projects across the portfolio in conjunction with other members of the Property & FM team.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of managing the implementation of projects.
- Ability to influence key business services groups and lawyers.
- Preparedness to travel throughout the UK as and when required.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
