Rehability UK is seeking a skilled Facilities Operative to join our team in Gloucester.

The successful candidate will have experience in facilities management and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining the quality of our homes.

About the Role:

  • Undertake routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual checks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any faults to the Home Manager and Facilities Manager.
  • Assist in the general maintenance of the retirement apartments, including redecoration works as instructed by the Home Manager.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with residents, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety Regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment.
