Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to a defined contract, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate and implement business policies and processes effectively within the contract.
  • Ensure healthy and safe working conditions and effective implementation of health and safety policies.
  • Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts, balancing cost reduction with service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Managerial experience at Contract/Account Manager or above within technical and/or hard services is essential.
  • Delivery of wider facilities management services is desirable.
  • Development and review of teams and effective people management practice is desirable.

Travel: Travel may be required to support operational delivery, with some overnight stays needed.

Continuous Personal Development: Continuous personal development is essential.
