About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Facilities to lead our client's facilities management operations in Birmingham. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive organisational success and deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical and business acumen, with a proven track record of managing complex facilities operations and improving overall efficiency. They will be responsible for guiding the Facilities Management team in achieving its fiscal and service level targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress against key performance indicators and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
