Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at 360 Recruitment. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all equipment, machinery, and systems within our Food Manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a schedule for preventive maintenance to ensure machinery and systems are always in optimal working condition.
  • Regularly inspect and assess the condition of equipment, including conveyors, packaging machines, mixers, and refrigeration units.
  • Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing the repair and installation of machinery.
  • Quickly diagnose mechanical and electrical failures in equipment, addressing breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
  • Work closely with production, quality control, and sanitation teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide input on equipment upgrades to improve operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
