Job Title: Global E-Commerce Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Publicis One. As a key member of our London-based Global and Western Europe team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of e-commerce strategies across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Lead to integrate digital commerce into LEGO's annual strategy and tentpole events across various retailers in local markets.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal media teams to ensure e-commerce is integrated across media strategy.
  • Partner with LEGO's in-house teams to drive full-funnel, cross-channel strategies outside of traditional e-commerce remits.
  • Establish yourself as a go-to expert on e-commerce strategy across key e-retailers LEGO operates on, including Amazon, Carrefour, and Walmart.
  • Champion e-commerce media within Publicis Groupe Commerce, working with wider Power Of One teams to leverage innovation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce/retail media, preferably with expertise in Amazon Advertising, Criteo, or Citrus.
  • Proven ability to present to internal and external stakeholders, with a desire to build presenting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to craft compelling narratives from large datasets.
  • Comfortable problem-solving, working independently, and across multiple time zones to support a connected team.
  • Understanding of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem and Amazon Ad Products is a plus.
  • Experience with leading tech partners like Skai and Pacvue is desirable.
  • Keen interest in retail and staying up-to-date with fast-paced updates and new solutions.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to present to multiple stakeholders.
