About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Growth Strategist to join our team at Logic Resourcing Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our clients' e-commerce businesses on TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • TikTok Shop Setup and Optimization: Manage and optimize TikTok Shops for client visibility and sales, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Content Creation and Strategy: Collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging, on-brand TikTok content that drives sales and enhances our clients' online presence.
  • Strategic Campaigns and Promotions: Develop and execute tailored sales campaigns and promotions that meet our clients' business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Analyze metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement, ensuring our clients' e-commerce businesses remain competitive.
  • Client Communication and Support: Serve as the main contact, providing updates and insights to our clients, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our creators, affiliates, and influencers to develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies.
Requirements
  • E-Commerce Experience: Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, specifically TikTok Shop.
  • TikTok Expertise: Strong understanding of TikTok as a social platform, including its trends and user behavior.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Ability to analyze data and optimize content and campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Creative Mindset: A creative mindset, with the ability to develop fresh ideas that stand out on TikTok.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
