Systemic Family Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systemic Family Therapist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with families and individuals to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals and families.
- Provide systemic family therapy, including individual, couple, and family sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new therapeutic approaches and programs.
- Postgraduate qualification in family and systemic psychotherapy.
- Current registration as a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist with UKCP or equivalent body.
- Experience of working as a family and systemic psychotherapist within CAMHS.
- Experience of maintaining a high degree of professionalism in the face of highly emotive and distressing problems.
- Experience of working with a multi-disciplinary team.
