Systemic Family Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systemic Family Therapist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), you will work closely with families and young people to provide evidence-based treatment and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat young people with a wide range of presentations and their families, using a systemic perspective and maintaining a high degree of professionalism in the face of challenging situations.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to families and young people.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and young people, using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects and quality improvement initiatives within the service.

- Current registration as a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist with UKCP or equivalent body.
- Experience of working as a family and systemic psychotherapist within CAMHS, with a strong understanding of systemic practice and its application in different cultural contexts.
- High level of relationship and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, families, and professionals in challenging situations.
