We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a global leading manufacturer in the assembly of specialist instrumentation for laboratories and hospitals, we are committed to pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare for everyone, everywhere, sustainably.
About the Role
- Lead the development and implementation of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in engineering and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
