Project Engineering Manager

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to oversee the execution of engineering projects from conception to completion. You'll ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in the medical device manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and supervise a team of Project Engineers and Validation Engineers
- Provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, functional heads, and project team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project engineering function
- Plan the site's Capital Expenditure requirements and work closely with the PMO department
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Related Engineering roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on medical devices or similar regulated industries
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to project planning and execution
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to medical device development and manufacturing
