Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to oversee the execution of engineering projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in the medical device manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and supervise a team of Project Engineers and Validation Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, functional heads, and project team members, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project engineering function, leveraging best practices, lessons learned, and feedback from past projects.
- Plan the site's Capital Expenditure requirements, working closely with the PMO department to ensure correct resources are in place to deliver on time and to budget.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Related Engineering roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on medical devices or similar regulated industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to project planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to medical device development and manufacturing, such as FDA regulations and ISO standards.
