Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective store layouts and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and stock control
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and food safety regulations
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £34,000 - £42,000 per annum
  • 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) per year
  • 10% in-store discount
