We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, customer-facing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Facing: Ensure customers have a fantastic time, every time
- Team Management: Inspire, coach and develop your team to be the best version of themselves every day
- Operations: Ensure the centre is clean, safe and fully operational always
- Commercial: Drive performance across all revenue lines and implement new business plans
- Financial: Take responsibility for budgets, banking and stock control
Requirements:
- Experience delivering an amazing customer experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing business
- Head for business and experience in promoting and growing different revenue lines
- Ability to work a mixture of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Driving license
