AI Compute Solutions Architect

We are accelerating the development of leading AI compute on Arm devices, driving innovation in semiconductor technology. As a principal implementation engineer at Arm, you will lead a team to optimize power and performance, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
The Systems IP team is growing rapidly to develop best-in-class solutions based on Arm's IP, addressing AI challenges in secure compute, large screen compute, infrastructure, and automotive markets. You will be responsible for the physical implementation of Arm Solutions using the entire flow from RTL to GDSII, including Synthesis, Floorplanning, Place & Route, STA, Power Analysis, and Physical Verification.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of Arm Solutions, collaborating with design teams to achieve the highest standards.
- Optimize performance, power, and area as needed, delivering outstanding implementations of our designs.
- Develop and maintain expertise in power and physical architecture, design for test, and knowledge of hardware languages: Verilog/System verilog.
- 8+ years of experience in physical design and verification of complex digital integrated circuits.
- Excellent understanding of Synthesis, Place & Route, Clock tree synthesis, constraint development, timing closure, and UPF writing.
- Strong algorithmic thinking and programming skills in Tcl, Make, and Linux shell.
- A bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or computer science.
