Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Implementation Engineer to join our team at ARM. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the physical implementation of Arm Solutions and drive innovation in the field of AI compute on Arm devices.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for leading the physical implementation of Arm Solutions using the entire physical implementation flow from RTL to GDSII. This includes Synthesis, Floorplanning, Place & Route, STA, Power Analysis and Physical Verification.
Requirements- Experience with Physical Implementation Tools: You should have experience with physical implementation tools such as Synthesis, Floorplanning, Place & Route, STA, Power Analysis and Physical Verification.
- Knowledge of System Micro Architecture: You should have a good understanding of system micro architecture.
- Leadership Skills: You should have strong leadership skills and be able to lead a team of engineers.
- Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
