We are looking for a skilled and experienced Arm implementation lead to join our Systems IP team. As a principal implementation engineer, you will lead a team to develop innovative solutions that optimize power and performance, driving the next generation of AI compute on Arm devices. You will be responsible for the physical implementation of Arm Solutions using the entire flow from RTL to GDSII, including Synthesis, Floorplanning, Place & Route, STA, Power Analysis, and Physical Verification.

With 8+ years of experience in physical design and verification of complex digital integrated circuits, you will bring expertise in power and physical architecture, design for test, and knowledge of hardware languages: Verilog/System verilog. Your strong algorithmic thinking and programming skills in Tcl, Make, and Linux shell will enable you to deliver outstanding implementations of our designs.
