Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service and hospitality to our guests, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all kitchen cooking and service standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all RH food and beverage offerings, including our seasonal menus and special promotions.
  • Assist with product check-in and rotation to ensure that all recipes and orders are executed in a timely manner and at the highest possible standards of accuracy.
  • Consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Assume responsibility for all ingredient prep as it relates to a specific station, ensuring that every dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Participate in teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate, collaborating with your colleagues to deliver exceptional service and hospitality to our guests.
  • Embrace change and deliver top results no matter the obstacle, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to your work.
Requirements
  • Minimum + years of relative experience in the Hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and hospitality to guests.
  • Strong knowledge of COSHH and HACCP regulations, with the ability to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Basic food hygiene and allergens awareness, with the ability to identify and manage potential allergens and food safety risks.
  • Strong knife skills and experience on hot and cold line, with the ability to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and hospitality to our guests.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to your work.
  • Legal right to work in the UK, with a valid passport and work visa.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and hospitality to our guests.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently moving and lifting items up to kg, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Spends time in a commercial kitchen environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
