About the Role

This is a key leadership position in a critical function serving some of the UK's biggest gaming brands. As the Head of Content Growth, you will be responsible for maximising the growth of our content provides to the brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for content growth aligned with each brand's objectives and needs.
  • Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and content performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Measurement: Establish KPIs to measure the success of content growth initiatives. Analyse data and insights to continuously optimise and refine the strategy.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of their best content and features to differentiate our brands.

Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK gaming market, customer behaviours and player preferences, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver products that meet business objectives.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to spot and pursue opportunities in the space and capable of selling the potential both internally and with our partners.
