About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Product Development Manager to join our team at Yorkshire Building Society. As a key member of our Savings Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering great customer-centric commercial and product developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritise, assess, design and deliver customer-centric commercial and product developments
  • Work with the wider Savings Team to create customer insight-led products with clear commercial benefits and address target market needs
  • Champion product development and changes, and work with stakeholders to gain buy-in and deliver change
  • Manage an ongoing portfolio of change and backlog, and lead on the assessment of complexity/cost/impact of delivery and establish business benefits
  • Ensure delivery is in line with Group strategy and regulatory guidance
About You

You will have a good understanding of how financial products work and create value for us and the customer. You will also have a track record of creating an incredible stakeholder network and a good understanding of the wider industry and key competitors.

You will be comfortable communicating at all levels of the business and have a collaborative approach to making things happen.
