Commercial and Product Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Product Development Manager to join our team at Yorkshire Building Society. As a key member of our Savings Team, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, assessing, designing, and delivering great customer-centric commercial and product developments.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gain buy-in and deliver change, ensuring that all developments are aligned with our Group strategy and regulatory guidance. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in this role.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of how financial products work and create value for our customers and the business. You will also have a track record of creating an incredible stakeholder network and a good understanding of the wider industry and key competitors.
Additionally, you will have great experience of delivering change, be comfortable communicating at all levels of the business, and have a collaborative approach to making things happen.
