Job Overview
Invision Group seeks a skilled Technical Coordinator to oversee the technical elements of a large-scale project in Milton Keynes. With 1700 units, this development involves traditional and timber frame construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all technical aspects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building regulations.
  • Liaise with design consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide technical input and resolve design or build challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between office and on-site teams, ensuring technical drawings and specifications are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Review technical documents, manage the approval process, and oversee necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards.
  • Support the project team with technical advice and problem-solving for timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar technical coordination role within residential development.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and timber frame construction methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Full UK driving license required for site visits.
