About the School

Our partner school is committed to providing the very best education within the community and values teamwork, creativity, and inclusivity. The school caters for students and pupils between the ages of 2-19 with a range of needs, including physical and medical needs.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with complex needs and disabilities, working closely with the teaching team to deliver personalized learning plans and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements
  • Experience of working in a similar role or willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Experience of working with young people with anxiety/mental health needs, profound and multiple learning difficulties, and using sensory strategies
  • Training for moving & handling or willingness to learn, training for administration of medication or willingness to learn
