As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to create extraordinary days for the children and young people in our care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling training courses with internal trainers and external providers to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Managing our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate training records and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinating the Learning Request Form (LRF) system to handle purchase orders, invoicing, and departmental reports.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal departments and external providers to support our organization's goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to meet the needs of the recipient.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and see them through to completion.
