About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our Financial Promotions team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are met and followed.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and support the team in doing the same.
  • Deliver Health & Safety and Food Safety training for team members.
  • Support the Café Manager in colleague coaching and development.
  • Identify opportunities to continually improve our service for customers.
Requirements
  • A background in hospitality, with Team/Shift Leader experience.
  • Health & Safety and Food Safety knowledge.
