Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Project Cost Controller to join our team in Morson Talent. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in managing costs, preparing valuations, and working with NEC contracts.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP and excellent commercial acumen, as well as the ability to prepare and assess valuations, manage risks proactively, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects ranging from £25k to £200M
  2. Prepare and assess valuations
  3. Manage risk and ensure compliance with NEC contracts
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports
