Job Title: Back of House Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Kingston Upon Thames.

About the Role:

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care. Your role will be to work as part of a team to ensure that every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience and will want to return to us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience and will want to return to us.
  • Monitor food levels within the kitchen and ensure that appropriate portion and quality control is maintained.
  • Work safely and consciously to Food Safety Standards at all times.
  • Clean equipment thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to German Doner Kebab standards.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Follow German Doner Kebab cleaning and storage standards, including helping with pot wash and having a clean as you go attitude.
  • Fulfill daily paperwork in line with German Doner Kebab standards.

  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Able to achieve the highest guest satisfaction by producing quality products in a timely manner.
  • Work to brand standards for food and operations with the focus on the guest experience as the top priority.
  • Effectively communicate with other team members to complete the duties and responsibilities within their role.
  • Help and support the development of other team members through supporting, training, and coaching.
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Help all team members achieve and maintain the appropriate skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional products and guest service.
  • Demonstrate consistent operational standards and procedures that positively impact the restaurant's overall operations.
