We are looking for a Back of House Team Leader who is eager to grow with us and contribute to our success.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Restaurant Management team to ensure the delivery of exceptional food quality and customer service. You will uphold brand standards, lead your team effectively, and guarantee that every guest departs with a positive impression.

  • A solid understanding of stock management and financial controls.
  • A focus on achieving the highest levels of guest satisfaction through quality product delivery.
  • Effective communication skills to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • A willingness to mentor and support the development of team members through training and guidance.
  • An ability to welcome and integrate new team members.
  • A commitment to helping all team members acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for outstanding service.
  • Consistent demonstration of operational standards that enhance overall store performance.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Expertise in maintaining portion control and monitoring food levels in the kitchen.
  • Experience in high-volume trading environments is preferred.
  • Ability to provide training that enhances team member skills and promotes productivity.
  • Adherence to proper food handling and safety standards during food preparation.
  • Thorough cleaning of equipment as per brand guidelines.
  • A professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the menu offerings.
  • Following sanitation standards, including regular cleaning of cookware and utensils.
  • Capability to complete daily paperwork in accordance with brand standards.
  • Understanding of food integrity and quality.
  • Familiarity with P&L, budgeting, and payroll management.
  • Management of stock levels and availability.
  • Control of all variable costs to maintain profitability.
  • Insight into weekly sales performance.
  • A guest-first mentality in all operations.
