Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join our growing team in Hull. As a Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for processing multiple end-to-end payrolls, calculating full deductions, and supporting hiring managers with HR duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Process multiple end-to-end payrolls, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly
- Calculate full deductions, including SSP, SMP, Pensions
- Process new starters and leavers
- Support hiring managers with HR duties on an ad-hoc basis
- Prepare and submit HMRC reports
- Prepare and submit P11Ds
- Visit other sites on an ad-hoc basis
- Perform additional payroll administrative duties as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments
- Quick learner with experience managing multiple end-to-end payrolls
- CIPP certification is ideal but not essential
- Experience with IT systems, including Excel
