Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join our growing team in Hull. As a Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for processing multiple end-to-end payrolls, calculating full deductions, and supporting hiring managers with HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process multiple end-to-end payrolls, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly
  • Calculate full deductions, including SSP, SMP, Pensions
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Support hiring managers with HR duties on an ad-hoc basis
  • Prepare and submit HMRC reports
  • Prepare and submit P11Ds
  • Visit other sites on an ad-hoc basis
  • Perform additional payroll administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments
  • Quick learner with experience managing multiple end-to-end payrolls
  • CIPP certification is ideal but not essential
  • Experience with IT systems, including Excel
