Payroll Officer

Kenneth Brian Associates Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join their team in Hampton. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing payroll from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll manually on a bi-weekly/monthly basis, including calculating hours worked, taxes, deductions, and adjustments.
- Ensure payroll is delivered on time and without errors.
- Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or queries.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding, including gathering and processing required documentation.
- Provide support for employee HR queries related to payroll, time off, and benefits.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrolments, changes, and terminations.
- Ensure proper reflection of benefit deductions in payroll.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll laws and regulations.
- Support internal and external payroll audits with accurate documentation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manual payroll processing.
- Knowledge of UK payroll regulations.
- Expertise in manual payroll procedures.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes and documentation.
