About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our finance team in Great Yarmouth, UK. This role will ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Financial Processes: Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Financial Systems: Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, with performance bonuses. Other benefits include a pension scheme, private healthcare, professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.
