Hinckley, UK-based Used Car Sales Executive Wanted.

£22,000 per annum basic salary + uncapped commission earnings up to £45,000.

Job Description:

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling used cars, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sell used cars to customers, focusing on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage customer interactions, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience in used car sales or a related field.
  • Proven ability to sell used cars and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Fully qualified FCA Accreditation is highly desirable.
