This is an exciting opportunity to join Aspire People as a Cover Supervisor in middle and secondary schools across North Staffordshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to teachers during their absence and help ensure the smooth running of the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage classes and supervise students during teacher absences* Provide support to teachers with lesson planning and delivery* Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant authorities* Develop relationships with colleagues and school staff* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
* Passion for education and a willingness to learn* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations* Background in education or a related field (desirable)* Valid DBS check and ability to undergo regular security checks
