We are seeking a skilled Support Care Specialist to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This will include assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also assist with medication management and provide emotional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Assist clients with medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting and transferring clients. A background in healthcare or social care is not required, but you must be willing to learn and follow our policies and procedures.
